About me

This is my 5th year teaching at Ygnacio Valley High School.  I began my teaching career working as a substitute in the Acalanes High School District while enrolled in a teacher credential program at Holy Names University.  While attending Holy Names, aside from substitute teaching, I worked as a teaching assistant at Raskob Day School, a school for students from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds with language-based learning disabilities.  My student teaching placement landed me at Pinole Valley High School for a year where I taught World History and Economics.  In 2013 I was hired by a panel of Ygnacio Valley High School administrators and teachers, which included Mr. Huckaby, Mr. Rudy, and Mr. Palmer.  The rest is HISTORY!
